Virtual sketches of my Goa trip

Cool sands
Warm sea
Green hills
Gentle people
No heaven this
But must confess
One may forget
The need for heaven
Do not crowd it
Do not dig it
Do not scar it
Just leave it
Coming generations
Need to know the
World was beautiful
Let us not work the land
Let us work upon ourselves
There is a heaven within
Scar not ambiance without.

Well couldn’t agree more. and to make my trip memorable I wanted to depict my visual notes. An early morning stroll at the beach with this beautiful sight just prompted me to sketch. I wanted to feel the serenity and beauty of this beach before the maddening crowd flocked it. So I perched on a small wooden bench and this is what I sketched.
‘Stuff your eyes with wonder, live as if you’d drop dead in ten seconds. See the world.
It’s more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories.’ – Ray Bradbury
