Chocolate is the first luxury and who on earth doesn’t like it?? It has so many childhood memories attached to it. Anything is good if it made of chocolates. These chocolate oats cookies are the best way to indulge deliciousness with a health quotient.They are crispy and deliver the right sweetness just good enough for your sweet tooth.
These cookies also help when you are in need of sanity!!
Preheat the oven to 350 degree C and line the cookie sheets with parchment paper.
You can increase the quantity of cocoa powder if you like your cookies dark and bitter.
I have used unsalted butter; you can use margarine as well.
Always preheat the oven first and then start mixing the dough for better results.
On another note you can also deep freeze the cookie dough tied up in a fresh cling wrap and
bake it fresh as and when you need.
I usually make dough in huge quantities and freeze it for 3-4 days and bake one tray at a time and serve fresh and hot cookies to my younger ones.
Baking time and temperature varies from oven to oven so please trust your own instincts while baking.
