Ingredients

250 grams White Chocolate compound (best quality)
1 cup mix dry fruits- Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries and dry apricots(opional), coarsely chopped

    White chocolate barks are a perfect treat for all the chocolate lovers. Be it kids or adults one can not keep away from these beauties.

    Method

    Cover baking pan with parchment.
    Microwave the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl until chocolate is almost melted, appx 1 minute.
    Pour onto prepared baking pan; spread to form even layer. Sprinkle with chopped dry fruits mix and press lightly.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
    Break into pieces and leave it in a dry and cool area.

    You can customize your barks with any kind of nuts you like.
    You can store the barks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
    Highly recommend to use high quality bar white chocolate.
