Ingredients

600 grams boiled noodles
1 tbsp oil
50 grams onions shredded
50 grams julienned red bell pepper
50 grams julienned green bell pepper
100 grams chopped pok choy
100 grams soaked soya nuggets
4 cloves chopped garlic
50 grams tomato ketchup
10 ml hot chilli sauce
10 ml vinegar
10 ml soy sauce
50 grams brown sugar
salt as per taste

Method-

Heat oil in a wok, add the onion, red and green bell peppers,
pok choy, soya nuggets and stir-fry until soft.
Add the noodles, salt and pepper into the wok and toss. Then add the
tomato ketchup, hot chili sauce, brown sugar ,soy sauce and vinegar and
toss again. Serve it hot.
