Jambu Cooler | Jamun Cooler

In culinary use, Jambus | Jamun- often known as rose apples, are bell-shaped in appearance, can be eaten raw, like apples, and are often used in a variety of dishes and desserts. The fiber and the water content of this fruit are relatively high. It gives a soothing effect and its a perfect cooler in summer.

Recipe of Jambu Cooler

Ingredients:

MAKES 2 GLASSES
4 medium-sized fresh jambus
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup fresh mint leaves
6-8 ice cubes
100 ml of water
1 freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp rose syrup

Method:

1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.

2. Serve it chilled with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves.
