This Oats and dry fruit kheer is very healthy and delicious. It is for those days when we want to indulge into some guilt-free dish that satiates our sweet tooth craving.
Steps

Heat ghee in a pan and roast oats till they are light brown in color and the raw smell subsides. |

Add 2 cups of milk and let the oats cook in it. |

Once oats absorbs the milk and thickens add sugar and rest 2 cups of milk. |

At this point add cardamom powder and stir everything properly so that it doesn’t stick to the pan. |

Keep stirring till the Oats kheer is creamy and thick. |

Remove from the stove and let it cool. |

Garnish oats kheer with roasted almonds, pistachios and dry rose petals. |

Refrigerate it for 2 hours and relish it cold. |
