Rose Paneer Laddoos

Rose paneer laddoos are super delicious and just perfect to offer as prasadam to God. It’s an absolute handy and quick recipe that will please everyone!! It hardly takes 15 minutes to prepare and requires very few ingredients.

Recipe of Rose paneer laddoos

Ingredients:

1 1/2 liter milk Paneer
400 grams Condensed Milk
2 tsp rose syrup
1 tsp Rosewater
1 tsp ghee to grease

Method:

1. Make paneer or chenna from 1 1/2 liter milk by adding lime juice to boiling milk.

2. Grease a non-stick pan with little ghee and add the paneer and condensed milk.

3. Mix well and heat the above mixture on medium heat for 7-10 minutes till it leaves the side of the pan.

4. Now add rose syrup and rose water to it and mix for another 1-2 minutes till it is incorporated properly.

5. Switch off the gas and let the laddoo mixture cool for 5-7 minutes.

6. Grease your hands with little ghee and make small balls or laddoos out of it.

7. Garnish with dry rose petals and dry-fruits if you want.
