Ingredients
  

FOR BLENDING INTO SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen bananas
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Honey

TO GARNISH

  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Blueberry relish
  • 1 tsp Oats
  • Edible flowers

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor until it is a lump-free and smooth consistency.
  • This will take about 2-3 minutes and Pour it into a smoothie bowl.
