Mint buttermilk or Pudina Chaas is a refreshing Indian drink that acts as a perfect coolant. This buttermilk is very commonly served in our Indian homes post-meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Yogurt / Curd
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ½ cups Cold Water
  • 1 tsp Freshly crushed cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / Black salt
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Chop the mint leaves finely.
  • Take a blender and all the above ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Add more water if you want it more liquidy.
  • Spice this buttermilk with freshly crushed cumin powder and serve with ice cubes.
