Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet appx10-12 Monaco biscuits or any other Crackers
  • 1 Cup White Chickpea hummus Check the recipe above
  • A Handful of Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • A Handful of Fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Arrange Monaco biscuits on a platter and just before serving top it up with White chickpea Hummus.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, fresh pomegranate and sprinkle red chili powder and squeeze lemon juice on it.
  • Assemble just before serving and serve it immediately as a party appetizer.
