These Banana Choco Chip Muffins are so soft and moist that they will disappear right before your eyes. It’s a perfect treat for your kids and they will also enjoy making them. Bananas will give you instant energy.  Choco chips added to it will make one feast on it.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 110 gms ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • ½ tsp BAKING POWDER
  • ¼ tsp BAKING SODA
  • 1 cup MASHED BANANAS
  • 50 gms GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 100 gms BUTTER
  • 1 tsp MILK
  • PINCH OF SALT
  • 1.2 cup CHOCO CHIPS

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin tin with paper muffin cases.
  • Grease the muffin cases with butter and keep aside.
  • Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pinch of salt.
  • Mash the bananas and keep aside in a bowl.
  • Whisk together butter and sugar with a blender till it is soft and smooth.
  • Add the milk and mashed banana in the wet mixture.
  • Blend it again for a minute and then add dry ingredient choco-chip and mix with a spatula.
  • Spoon the mixture into the muffin case. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until risen and firm to the touch.
  • Cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then remove and put on a wire rack to cool completely.
