Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup/agave whatever you prefer
  • 2 tbsp Basil seeds or Sabja
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 2 fresh Mangoes
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds will do as well
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 mason jars or Nutella empty jars nicely washed and dried.
  • Start with layering Oats in the jar…then add cold milk and basil seeds and drizzle some honey or maple syrup on it.
  • Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Next morning chop some fresh mangoes into chunks and few into slices to top it up.
  • Remove the jars from the refrigerator and give a nice stir to the prepared oats and taste it.
  • If you prefer it more sweet add some honey at this stage.
  • Now add some granola….and chopped mangoes into the jar.
  • The top is up with slices of mangoes, and sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on top of it.
  • Your ready to go chilled oats and mangoes breakfast is ready.
