This  French Evening Chantilly-Sensuous Dessert is so rich…light and creamy with the goodness of fresh fruits.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup- mix fruits pomegranate..apple..banana
  • 2 cups- thick custard
  • 2 cups- fresh whipped cream
  • mint to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chop apple and banana into small chunks and add pomegranate in it and keep it aside in a bowl to chill.
  • Boil milk and add custard powder and sugar. Keep stirring till the custard is thick and lump-free. Let the custard cool and room temperature. Once cooled keep it in the fridge to cool.
  • Whip fresh whipping cream till it is soft and fluffy and keep it aside in a bowl to chill.
  • Let all our ingredients chill in the fridge before we assemble it in our glasses.

How to assemble

  • Take 2 dessert jars and add the mix fruits in it.
  • Now pour the thick and chilled custard on it layered with whipping cream.
  • Repeat this once again and finally top it with some pomegranates and mint sprigs.
