250gm plain sweet biscuits-Marie biscuits found in India
1cup coconutfine desiccated
2tbspcocoa powder
340gmcondensed milk Nestle or Amul
FOR DUSTING AND TOPPING
¾cupdesiccated coconutfine
¼cupcocoa powder
Instructions
Crush the Marie biscuits in a food processor until it is fine (like flour).
Combine the crushed biscuits, 1/2 cup of fine desiccated coconut and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.
Then slowly stir in the sweetened condensed milk into the mixture. (Don’t pour the whole content of the can, pour it in slowly enough to bind the dough).
You know you have the mixture right if the mixture is a dough ball. (If the balls are not holding shape then you may use too much sweetened condensed milk.
You should be able to roll them into a ball without being too hard or too soft.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Take a small plate and dust the balls with cocoa powder.
Now place the fine desiccated coconut into a flat plate.
Roll the balls into the fine desiccated coconut to coat as per your taste.
