Firstly, boil Arbi in a pressure pan till 2 whistles. Once the pressure releases, open the lid and remove Arbi. Peel the skin once it cools down.

Cut Arbi into medium-size slices and keep it aside.
Step 3 of 6
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chilies and let it splutter.
Step 4 of 6
Now add sliced Arbi into the pan and roast it for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5 of 6
Add salt, sugar, and mix it well.
Step 6 of 6
Finally, add cumin powder and mix everything well till it is crispy and brown.
