Baby Corn And Bell Pepper Quesadilla

Ingredients (1/2)

  • 4 plain flour tortillas
  • 2 cups- grated-Mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil for brushing on top
  • For the filling-
  • 2 tsp- minced Garlic –
  • 10-15- baby corns
  • 2 cups- chopped Mix Red bell peppers
  • 2- chopped Onion
  • 4 tbsp- Tomato puree
  • 1 tsp-Dry oregano
  • 1 tsp- chili flakes
  • 1 tsp- crushed pepper

Ingredients (2/2)

  • 1 tbsp- Olive oil
  • Salt as per taste.

Step 1 of 8

To make the filling heat olive oil in a pan.

Step 2 of 8

When the oil becomes hot, add minced garlic and fry for a few seconds.

Step 3 of 8

Now add onions and saute for 2 minutes till they are pink in color.

Step 4 of 8

Once the onions are done add chopped baby corns and mixed bell peppers in the pan.

Step 5 of 8

Let it cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 6 of 8

Now add tomato sauce, salt, dry oregano, and chili flakes and mix well.

Step 7 of 8

Remove the filling in a bowl and let it cool.

Step 8 of 8

Heat a nonstick grill pan or a regular pan will also do.
