Firstly, take a pan and heat 2 tbsp ghee in it keeping the flame on medium.

Now add a handful of cashews and almonds and fry it till golden brown and keep it aside.

Remove the core of the bread, make small square pieces, and keep it aside.

In the same pan add bread pieces and roast them.

Keep stirring in between and roast the bread pieces till they are golden brown and crispy.

Now add sugar to the same pan and stir it well.

Also add 2 cups of water to the pan and stir everything well.

Let the whole mixture simmer on a medium to low flame, stirring it in between. The bread pieces will start soaking up all the liquid.
