Take a non-stick pan and heat butter in it.

Add minced onion, garlic and green chili paste and saute for a minute.

Add chopped broccoli pieces in it and saute for another 2 minutes.

Now add vegetable stock and salt and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Switch off the gas and add blanched almonds and fresh cream.
Step 6 of 8
Blend the above mixture in a blender till you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
Step 7 of 8
7.. Heat the soup for 2 more minutes and pour it in the soup bowl.
Step 8 of 8
Garnish with almond flakes, fresh basil leaves, and 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
