Ingredients (1/2)

  • 1 boiled potato finely chopped
  • ½ tomato finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup of boiled white chickpea | white chana
  • 2 tbsp Dates Chutney
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chutney
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic chutney
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • For Garnishing
  • a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • few pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Nylon Sev

Now finely chop the boiled potato, tomato, and onion. Add cumin/jeera powder, black salt, chaat masala, Keep it aside.

Keep all the chutneys and garnishing ready in separate bowls before you start making chana chaat.
