Cheese Stuffed Parathas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour for dusting
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup Processed cheese
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • coriander
  • Salt to taste

Step 1 of 8

Take a big bowl and add whole wheat flour, salt, and oil.

Step 2 of 8

Mix well and now add water gradually and knead the dough.

Step 3 of 8

Knead well till your dough becomes soft.

Step 4 of 8

Now cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 5 of 8

Meanwhile, prepare your stuffing or filling.

Step 6 of 8

Take a broad vessel and grate processed cheese in it.

Step 7 of 8

Add finely chopped red bell pepper, finely chopped green chilies,

Step 8 of 8

cumin powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, and salt.
