Chilled Yogurt Dip with Roasted Garlic and Red Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 200 grams hung yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium-size red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano powder

Step 1 of 8

Heat the pan and add olive oil in it.

Step 2 of 8

Now add chopped garlic red bell pepper.

Step 3 of 8

Sauté for 2-3 minutes till they are sweaty but not mushy.

Step 4 of 8

Little crunchiness has to be retained.

Step 5 of 8

Add salt and oregano and remove mix it and remove it from the flame.

Step 6 of 8

Set it aside to cool.

Step 7 of 8

Take a bowl and whisk together the hung yogurt, lemon juice, pepper powder, and salt.

Step 8 of 8

Drizzle the above mixture on it.
