Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C and line the cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Sieve the flour with baking powder and baking soda and keep it aside.

Cream the butter with the blender till it attains satiny and a creamy texture.

Gradually add the sugar and blend till sugar mixes properly.
Step 5 of 8
Now add milk and stir in the dry ingredients using a spoon.
Step 6 of 8
Make cookie balls with wet hands and roll in oats.
Step 7 of 8
Flatten it and place it on a cookie sheet leaving 2 inches gap between cookies.
Step 8 of 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes or till it is light brown in color.
