Coconut Roughs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Colorful sprinklers

Step 1 of 8

Roast the desiccated coconut till golden brown in an oven or a microwave.

Step 2 of 8

Melt the chocolate in a microwave for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 8

Mix desiccated coconut and melted chocolate in a bowl and pour it in a silicon mold.

Step 4 of 8

Set it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 5 of 8

Remove the chocolates from the mold and set it aside for 10 minutes.

Step 6 of 8

Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate with a little cream in a microwave and fill that in a ziplock bag.

Step 7 of 8

Now cut the tip of the ziplock bag and drizzle it on the coconut roughs.

Step 8 of 8

Add some sprinkles on the chocolates and let it cool for 5 minutes.
