Eggless Chocolate Almond Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup-All Purpose Flour or Maida
  • 1 cup -Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 1/3 cup- Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup-Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbs-Milk
  • 1/2 cup-Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup- chopped Almonds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Step 1 of 8

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and brush all sides with butter.

Meanwhile, preheat oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.

Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl and add icing sugar to it and mix well and keep it aside.

In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, yogurt, and milk till well combined.

Now add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix till just combined and do not over-mix it.

Step 6 of 8

Pour this batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Check by inserting a fork or toothpick in the center to check if the brownies are baked properly.

Step 8 of 8

Once the brownies are baked, cool the brownies in the pan and cool them onto a wire rack.
