Firstly, boil one cup of milk and keep it aside.

Grate ginger and keep it ready along with sugar and tea powder.

Heat 2 cups of water in a pan and add grated ginger to it.

Add sugar to the boiling water.
Step 5 of 7
Once you see the change in watercolor to slightly yellow, add tea powder tea leaves to it and let the water mixture come to a boil for 3-4 minutes.

Finally, add hot milk to that and further boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Step 7 of 7
Switch off the flame and strain it with the help of a strainer and serve it hot.
