Kaffir Cooler

Ingredients

  • 8-10 large kaffir lime leaves
  • 8-10 lemongrass pieces
  • 180 ml sugar syrup
  • 240 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Soda water

Step 1 of 2

Divide the kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass pieces, and sugar syrup between the glasses and using the end of a rolling pin lightly crush the leaves and lemongrass pieces.

Step 2 of 2

Add the soda water, lime juice, and ice and stir well. Stir once more and garnish with kaffir lime leaves and straw.
