Firstly, chop dates into small pieces and boil it in a pressure pan till 2 whistles.

Once the pressure releases, open the lid and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Now transfer dates into a mixie jar and blend it till it's smooth like a puree.
Step 4 of 6
Strain it through a strainer using the backside of a spoon and discard any residue that comes out.
Step 5 of 6
Finally, add jaggery powder, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and mix everything well till it dissolves.
Step 6 of 6
Chill Dates | Khajoor chutney in the refrigerator before serving it.
