Mango And Oats Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or hung yogurt preferably made from skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1/4 th cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Few Slices of fresh mangoes
  • 1 tsp Basil seeds
  • 1 tsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Mix of chunks of pecan nuts and Cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Tutti fruity

Step 1 of 3

Blend frozen mangoes, Oats, and honey in a food processor or a blender till it is smooth and no chunks are left.

Step 2 of 3

Transfer it into a smoothie bowl and top it up with fresh slices of mangoes, pecan nuts, cranberries, basil seeds, sunflower seeds, and tutti-fruity.

Step 3 of 3

Serve this healthy chilled Mango Oats smoothie bowl immediately.
