Heat milk in a pan and boil it for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and boil it for 2 more minutes.

Mix custard powder with water in a bowl and mix it well till no lumps are formed. Add this in the boiling milk.

Boil for another 5 minutes till the custard powder has mixed well.

Switch off the gas and let the custard cool at room temperature for at least an hour.
Step 6 of 8
Now mix 1 tbsp. of strawberry crush in the custard. Keep the remaining for garnishing.
Step 7 of 8
Remove the glasses of mango mousse from the refrigerator after it has set.
Step 8 of 8
Now fill the rest of the glasses with strawberry custard.
