Step 1 of 7
Place the chopped white chocolate into a medium-size microwave-safe mixing bowl. Set aside while you heat the cream.

Heat the cream in a small saucepan until just boiling.

Pour the cream over the chocolate and leave to stand for two minutes. This will give the chocolate time to soften.

Stir the ganache until smooth. If all the white chocolate has not melted then place the bowl in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds.

Remove and stir until smooth.

Start by taking any nice and sexy looking dessert glasses and fill the first layer with Mango mousse.
Step 7 of 7
Top it up with creamy white chocolate ganache and then top it with dark chocolate shavings and finally with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
