Mini Chocolate Ganache Tarts

Ingredients

  • FOR CHOCOLATE TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • Butterscotch nuts

Step 1 of 5

Heat the cream in a pan and bring it to a boil.

Step 2 of 5

Add the chocolate and mix well to get a smooth sauce making sure no lumps remain.

Step 3 of 5

Cool and pour it into a piping bag or a zip lock bag and keep aside.

Step 4 of 5

How to proceed-Pipe a swirl of the topping into each tart using a piping bag and sprinkle butterscotch nuts on it.

Step 5 of 5

Refrigerate for an hour before eating.
