Mint Buttermilk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt / Curd
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Cold Water
  • 1 tsp Freshly crushed cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / Black salt
  • Ice cubes

Step 1 of 5

Chop the mint leaves finely.

Step 2 of 5

Take a blender and all the above ingredients.

Step 3 of 5

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Step 4 of 5

Add more water if you want it more liquidy.

Step 5 of 5

Spice this buttermilk with freshly crushed cumin powder and serve with ice cubes.
