Firstly, take the mushrooms and wipe them with a dry cloth or a tissue and wash it under running water.

Let them dry for a while and cut them lengthwise and keep them aside. Peel Onion and chop them very finely and keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic and chili paste and saute for 30 seconds.

Add chopped onion and saute for 3-4 minutes till they are brown.

Now add mushrooms, and cook till another 3-4 minutes on high flame stirring in between.

Once the mushrooms are soft and tender, add boiled potatoes, mash them, then add garam masala, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves, and bread crumbs.

Mix all the ingredients well, make small rounds like cutlets and keep them aside.
Step 8 of 8
Roll all the mushroom cutlets in Semolina and keep them ready to fry.
