Peach and Mango Oats Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Peach diced
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango diced
  • 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups Fat-free Cold milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Step 1 of 4

Soak Chia seeds in a cup of water for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Gradually add frozen peaches, frozen mangoes, fat-free milk, oats, and ice in a blender.

Step 3 of 4

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Step 4 of 4

Add honey if you are using it and top it with chia seeds and serve it cold.
