Take a bowl and soak the oats in water for 5 mins and then drain off the excess water.

Heat the pan and add olive oil, once its hot add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds | jeera

Once it starts spluttering add the chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.

Heat till the onions are translucent, now add boiled corn and peas.
Step 5 of 8
Lower the heat add salt, a pinch of turmeric powder, and oats.
Step 6 of 8
Mix well so that the oats do not break.
Step 7 of 8
Remove from heat.

Add lime juice and shredded fresh coconut for garnishing.
