Firstly, slice onions lengthwise and keep it aside.

Peel the boiled potatoes and dice into big cubes.
Step 3 of 6
Heat oil in a Kadai, fry onions till crisp and brown.
Step 4 of 6
Now add dhania/coriander powder in that oil itself.
Step 5 of 6
Mix diced potatoes, turmeric powder and stir for 2-3 minutes till all the spices are well coated.
Step 6 of 6
Finally, add salt and red chili powder at the end, stir for a minute and remove from the fire.
