Pudina Aloo

Ingredients

  • 8-10 baby potatoes
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • ¼ cup Coriander Leaves
  • ¼ cup Mint Leaves
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Step 1 of 8

Boil the potatoes and Peel their skin.

Step 2 of 8

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Step 3 of 8

When the seeds start crackling add a pinch of hing and chopped green chilies. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 4 of 8

Now add the chopped pudina, dhania powder, garam masala powder, and salt.

Step 5 of 8

Saute for one minute and add the potatoes.

Step 6 of 8

Mix well and fry the potatoes till they turn light brown.

Step 7 of 8

Remove from the stove and add lemon juice.

Step 8 of 8

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with salsa or chutney.
