Rose Paneer Laddoos

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 liter milk Paneer
  • 400 grams Condensed Milk
  • 2 tsp rose syrup
  • 1 tsp Rosewater
  • 1 tsp ghee to grease

Step 1 of 7

Make paneer or chenna from 1 1/2 liter milk by adding lime juice to boiling milk.

Step 2 of 7

Grease a non-stick pan with little ghee and add the paneer and condensed milk.

Step 3 of 7

Mix well and heat the above mixture on medium heat for 7-10 minutes till it leaves the side of the pan.

Step 4 of 7

Now add rose syrup and rose water to it and mix for another 1-2 minutes till it is incorporated properly.

Step 5 of 7

Switch off the gas and let the laddoo mixture cool for 5-7 minutes.

Step 6 of 7

Grease your hands with little ghee and make small balls or laddoos out of it.

Step 7 of 7

Garnish with dry rose petals and dry-fruits if you want.
