Ingredients

  • 12 Papdis or Puris
  • 1 Potato boiled and chopped
  • 1 Tomato
  • A handful of coriander leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bowl Dates Chutney
  • 1/2 bowl Coriander Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chutney
  • 1 cup Nylon Sev
  • A handful of Chana Dal
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala

Step 1 of 8

Firstly, prepare all the 3 chutneys and keep them ready.

Step 2 of 8

Secondly, keep all the chopped vegetables ready on a plate.

Step 3 of 8

Now arrange all the Papdis or puris on a plate.

Step 4 of 8

Add Dates chutney first, this will keep the Papdis moist and will also taste good.

Step 5 of 8

Place finely chopped potato chunks on the Puris.

Step 6 of 8

Place some finely chopped Onion chunks on that.

Step 7 of 8

Now add finely chopped Tomato chunks, sprinkle some chaat masala on top.

Step 8 of 8

Add Dates chutney, Coriander chutney, and Garlic chutney on it.
