Spinach Corn Sandwich

Ingredients (1/2)

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 cups boiled sweet corn
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped spinach
  • 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 3-4 cubes of grated processed cheese
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 10-12 slices of white bread

  • 2-3 tbsp Butter

Step 1 of 8

Firstly, heat cooking oil in a pan, and once its hot add ginger garlic paste.

Step 2 of 8

Now add boiled sweet corn kernels and saute for 2 minutes till little brown.

Step 3 of 8

Add chopped spinach and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4 of 8

Now add all-purpose flour in the pan as shown in the picture, mix well and cook it for a minute. Stir it continuously so that it doesn't stick to the pan.

Time to add cold milk in the corn and spinach mixture and keep stirring well for 2 minutes.

Step 6 of 8

Once the milk has mixed well with the flour, let it boil for a minute in the pan.

Step 7 of 8

Now add oregano, chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt and mix it well.

Step 8 of 8

Finally, add grated cheese, mix it well, and switch off the flame. Allow some time to cool down.
