Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Blueberry relish
  • 1 tsp Oats
  • Edible flowers

Step 1 of 5

Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor until it is a lump-free and smooth consistency.

Step 2 of 5

This will take about 2-3 minutes and Pour it into a smoothie bowl.

Step 3 of 5

Garnish this smoothie bowl with crunchy chia seeds, oats, and blueberry relish.

Step 4 of 5

Finally adorn this with edible flowers.
