Take a pan and add butter or oil.

Once it is hot add cumin seeds and when they crackle stir in chopped Garlic and cashew nuts.

Sauté for a minute on low fire.

Now add chopped Onions and capsicums. Sauté until they are crispy and golden brown.

Now add the chopped tomatoes and boiled peas. Wait until tomatoes water dries up.
Step 6 of 8
Add pav bhaji masala and all the other spices and stir well.
Step 7 of 8
Let the vegetable cook for 2 to 3 mins. Combine well with a spoon very carefully.
Step 8 of 8
Once all the masalas and vegetables blend well its time to add the rice.
