Til Gur Ladoos

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Black and White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 3/4 TH Cup Organic Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder

Step 1 of 7

Take a non-stick heavy bottom pan and dry roast white and black sesame seeds on a lower flame for 5 minutes and keep it aside in a bowl.

Step 2 of 7

In the same pan add jaggery and let it melt stirring in between so that it doesn’t stick to the pan.

Step 3 of 7

Once you start seeing the bubbles add dry ginger powder and cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 4 of 7

Switch off the gas and add sesame seeds in the jaggery and mix well.

Step 5 of 7

Remove the above mixture in a broad vessel and start making small Ladoos out of it while it is hot. You can apply little water on your palms so that it doesn’t stick to your hand.

Step 6 of 7

Make all the Ladoos and let it cool at room temperature.

Step 7 of 7

Once cooled transfer the Ladoos into an airtight container.
