Vegan and Gluten-free Pancakes

Ingredients (1/2)

  • 1/2 cup Amaranth flour also known as Rajgira flour
  • 1/2 cup Buckwheat flour also known as Kuttu flour
  • 1/2 Cup Barnyard Millet flour also known as Sama flour
  • 1 Medium size Finely chopped Onion
  • 1 Medium size Finely chopped Capsicum
  • 2 Medium size Finely chopped Carrots
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Soda-bi-carb

Ingredients (2/2)

  • A handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Step 1 of 8

Mix amaranth, buckwheat, and Barnyard Millet flour in a bowl and add water.

Step 2 of 8

Whisk it well till no lumps are formed in the flour.

Step 3 of 8

Add all the spices mentioned in the above ingredients list.

Step 4 of 8

Whisk it well till all the spices are mixed properly in the batter.

Step 5 of 8

Now add finely chopped onions, capsicum, and carrots in the batter.

Step 6 of 8

Finally, add finely chopped coriander leaves to the batter and whisk it well.

Step 7 of 8

Make sure no lumps are there in the batter.

Step 8 of 8

At this stage add soda-bi-carb and leave the batter to rest for 5 minutes.
