Veggie And Mayo Clubhouse Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Brown bread
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 2 cups Grated pink radish
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter at room temperature
  • 1 small bunch lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 of 8

Take a bowl and add the grated carrots, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, pepper powder, and salt.

Step 2 of 8

Mix well and keep it aside.

Step 3 of 8

Take another bowl and mix the grated radish, chaat masala and keep it aside.

Step 4 of 8

Take another bowl and add the hand-torn lettuce and red bell pepper slices.

Step 5 of 8

Mix salt and pepper powder and keep it aside.

Step 6 of 8

Apply butter on one of the sides of all the slices.

Step 7 of 8

Now spoon the carrot and mayo mixture on one slice.

Step 8 of 8

Fill the second slice with lettuce leaves and slices of red bell pepper.
