  • 1 cup- hulled and chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup- chopped black grape
  • 2 cups- cold yogurt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp-honey
  • Ice cubes optional


  • Blend Strawberries.. black grape and oats in a blender.
  • Add honey with chilled yogurt and blend for another 1-minute till it is smooth and blended properly.
  • Pour into glasses and serve it immediately with ice cubes.
