Cranberry Oat Bites
No-Bake Cranberry Oat Bites are healthy energy booster bites that are just perfect for grab and go breakfast. These power-packed mini energy bombs are sweet, nutty, and delicious and are made using just 5 ingredients.
In a large bowl add dry cranberry, desiccated coconut, Oats, Chia seeds, and mix well.
Now add honey in the mixture and combine well till all the ingredients hold together. Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes so that it binds properly.
Remove the energy bites mixture from the fridge and roll them into balls. Slightly grease your hands with oil and form small lemon size bites and stick some more cranberries on the sides. These Cranberry Oat Bites are now ready to relish.
