Firstly, heat cooking oil in a pan, and once its hot add ginger garlic paste.
Now add boiled sweet corn kernels and saute for 2 minutes till little brown.
Add chopped spinach and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add all-purpose flour in the pan as shown in the picture, mix well and cook it for a minute. Stir it continuously so that it doesn't stick to the pan.
Time to add cold milk in the corn and spinach mixture and keep stirring well for 2 minutes.
Once the milk has mixed well with the flour, let it boil for a minute in the pan.
Now add oregano, chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt and mix it well.
Finally, add grated cheese, mix it well, and switch off the flame. Allow some time to cool down.
How to proceed:
Arrange bread slices, and apply butter on it, and spread 2 tbsp of spinach and corn stuffing. Grate some cheese and cover another slice of bread and press it gently.
Heat a Tawa | Griddle and apply butter on it and roast the sandwich on both sides till brown and crispy.
Serve this Spinach and Corn Sandwich with coriander or mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
