Melon Fruit Bowl
The sight of the Melon Fruit Bowl itself is so pretty, leave alone the taste. This melon bowl is a medley of fresh fruits beautifully cut into lovely shapes and served.
Firstly take both the melons and scoop out into the shapes you want. You can do this with the help of a small cookie cutter. I have used a heart and flower shape.
Now arrange all the fruits on a plate and sprinkle chaat masala on it and squeeze half a teaspoon of lemon juice on it and give a quick mix.
Finally, scoop a big musk melon and cut a small 1./2 a piece from below. This will help the melon bowl to stay flat and hold it properly.
Place all the chopped fruits in the melon bowl and serve it immediately.
