How to Boil Rajma | Beans?
Firstly, soak Rajma| Beans in hot water for 6-7 hours or overnight.
Next morning, remove all the water and wash beans.
Now add water, beans, salt, and baking soda in a pressure pan and boil it till 7-8 whistles.
Once the pressure releases, open the pan and check if the beans are cooked by pressing it.
How to proceed with Mexican Beans and Corn?
Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic to it. Cook for 30 seconds and later add chopped onions.
Saute for 3-4 minutes till the onion turns brown and add chopped tomatoes to it and cook.
Add chili flakes, oregano, and mix it well.
Now add sweet corns to it and mix well.
Add boiled beans, tomato ketchup, salt, and cook everything together. Switch off the flame and remove beans and corn on a plate and serve.
